The UK Study Expert was founded by Jackie Christopher to help US students, families, and counselors better understand British higher education and the admissions process that comes with it.
Jackie has spent more than a decade working in UK admissions, helping hundreds of US students apply to British universities and training college counselors across the United States.
She earned her own degrees in the UK at Aberystwyth University and the University of Roehampton and has spent her career working at the intersection of US students and UK higher education.

I'm brand new to UK admissions. Is Advantage appropriate for me?
Yes. You don’t need to arrive with extensive UK admissions experience. The monthly sessions give you continued exposure to the system, while the Live Walkthrough helps you see how processes work in practice.
And when you encounter something you don’t understand with a specific student, the Case Desk gives you somewhere to ask.
If you’re looking for concentrated foundational training across the UK admissions system, you may also want to consider the annual UK Admissions Academy.
I only advise one or two UK-bound students a year. Is membership useful for me?

Can I cancel anytime?
The monthly membership is billed at $45 per month. You may cancel before your next renewal to prevent another monthly charge.
