REGISTRATION

All applicable fees and costs for the UK Admissions Academy hosted by The UK Study Expert must be paid in full at the time of registration, with a major credit card. There is no registration deadline for the UK Admissions Academy.

WAIVERS

Liability:
I acknowledge that I will be participating in the UK Admissions Academy 2025 hosted by The UK Study Expert events and activities of my own free will and intention. By registering for this conference, for myself, I hereby release and discharge and agree to indemnify and forever hold harmless The UK Study Expert and its members, managers, speakers, representatives, and employees, from any and all causes of action and damages arising from or relating to my participation in the conference, except to the extent caused solely by The UK Study Expert’s negligence or misconduct.

Electronic Notices:
By registering for the UK Admissions Academy, I agree to share my information with The UK Study Expert, speakers, and universities. I opt in to receiving emails from The UK Study Expert, speakers, and universities.

Links to Other Websites:
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, which are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over these linked sites, all of which have their own user agreements and data collection practices. You access them at your own risk. Inclusion of any linked third-party website on the Site does not imply our approval or endorsement of the site.

Claims of Copyright Infringement:
We respect intellectual property and are committed to protecting the rights of content creators. As an attendee, you are granted access to the conference materials primarily for educational purposes. You may reuse and repurpose the content to educate your students, but you shall not share the material with other professionals or resell the material or use it for any profit-generating activities. Specific guidelines include:

• Educational Use: You are permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the materials provided at the conference solely for educational purposes, specifically to educate your students.

• Non-Commercial Use: Your personal, non-commercial use is permitted, provided you do not use any content in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement or violates any intellectual property rights.

• Download and Use: You may download a copy of any materials provided for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to any additional terms and conditions provided with such materials.
  
  

If you wish to use any conference content beyond what is explicitly permitted, you must obtain prior written permission from the copyright owner (The UK Study Expert). Unauthorized use of any conference materials may result in legal action and/or the termination of your access to future resources and conferences.

CONFERENCE WAIVER

By participating in the conference, uploading photographs to social media with the designated hashtag, you grant the organizers the right to take and distribute photographs, video, audio, and/or electronic reproductions of events and activities for use in print and digital materials.

All attendees are expected to be respectful and professional to staff, presenting authors, moderators, and other attendees throughout the conference. The organizers reserve the right to ask an attendee and/or their guests to log out of the conference immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional or intoxicated. In such cases, the attendee’s registration fees will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY AND DISCLOSURES

Please register and complete your payment using a major credit card. For security purposes, we cannot accept credit card payments by email, fax, mail, chat, or any other unsecured means.

Confirmation of registration will be sent by email. Registration will not be processed without payment. Purchase orders are only available to universities or presenters. Registrants are personally responsible for all money due. 

Attendee cancellation requests must be submitted to support@theukstudyexpert.com. If you are no longer able to attend the conference and would like to cancel your registration, please follow the instructions provided from our team. If you would like to transfer your registration to a colleague, please also reach out to support@theukstudyexpert.com for instructions.

Refund Policy:

• On or Before October 15: Full refund, less processing fees
• October 16 – November 15: 50% refund, less processing fees
• After November 16: No refunds

Notice of cancellation prior to the conference must be received in writing to support@theukstudyexpert.com no later than the specified date. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from each conference registration canceled within the specified dates. No refunds will be processed after the final cancellation date.

If registration is canceled after a virtual account is created to access the program, the account will be deleted, and the registrant will not have access to conference content.

The organization, its speakers or university representatives, shall not be responsible for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any of the materials presented, or liable for any incidental, special, consequential damages, or other arising therefrom.

The organization, its speakers or university representatives shall not be responsible for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of annual conference participants and shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, theft, or damage of any kind suffered by the participants at or in connection with the annual conference.

Unauthorized Use of Conference Access:

The sharing of virtual conference access credentials with individuals who are not registered for the conference is strictly prohibited. Each registration is unique to the individual registrant and provides access to conference materials, sessions, and resources solely for their use. The following terms apply:

Single-User License:
Each registration is a single-user license and is transferable as outlined under the “PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY AND DISCLOSURES”

Access Credentials:
Registered attendees will receive unique login credentials that should not be shared with or used by others. Unauthorized sharing or use of login credentials will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Monitoring:
The conference organizers reserve the right to monitor access and usage patterns. If it is identified that access credentials are being used by multiple individuals, the registrant’s access will be revoked.

Penalties:
Unauthorized users may be subject to additional registration fees or other appropriate actions, including but not limited to legal action.

Notification of Breach:
If a registered attendee suspects that their login credentials have been compromised or used by another person, they must immediately notify the conference organizers at support@theukstudyexpert.com. 

Consequences:
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in:

• Revocation of conference access for the original registrant without refund.
• Prohibition from registering for future conferences.
• Additional administrative fees or penalties.
• Legal action for breach of terms and unauthorized access.

By registering for the virtual conference, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The conference organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary.
