These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of theukstudyexpert.com and the websites, tools, resources, communities, events, programs, products, and services operated by The UK Study Expert LLC.
By using the website, creating an account, submitting a form, joining a community, registering for an event, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or related services.
1. About The UK Study Expert
The UK Study Expert LLC provides educational information, university search and matching tools, communities, events, training, digital resources, and professional support related to UK university admissions.

2. Eligibility and Students Under 18
You do not need to be 18 to access general educational content on the website.
You must be at least 16 years old to complete the UK University Match Quiz, join the UK Student Community, or register for student programs or services.
A parent or legal guardian must enter into agreements and make or authorize purchases for a student under 18 participating in the UK Study Accelerator or another admissions advising service. Parent or guardian approval may also be required for community participation, events, travel, information sharing, or releases.
If you enter into an agreement or make a purchase for a student under 18, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and, where legally permitted, on behalf of the student.
The website and services are not directed to children under 13.
3. Educational Information and Admissions Services
Public website content, articles, guides, videos, university profiles, quiz results, events, training, and community discussions are provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Personalized admissions support may be provided under a separate service agreement. Unless expressly stated in such an agreement, general website content and community discussions do not constitute individualized admissions counseling.
The UK Study Expert is not a university, degree-awarding institution, government agency, immigration law firm, financial adviser, scholarship provider, or guarantor of admission.
Admissions requirements, deadlines, tuition, scholarships, visas, programs, and university policies may change. You are responsible for confirming important information with the relevant university, UCAS, government authority, or other official source before making a decision.
Nothing provided through the website or general services constitutes legal, immigration, financial, tax, or medical advice.
4. University Search, Profiles, and Match Quiz
The university directory and UK University Match Quiz feature participating universities within The UK Study Expert’s partner network. They do not necessarily include every university in the United Kingdom.
Participating universities may pay The UK Study Expert for listings, visibility, recruitment, lead generation, events, and related partnership services.
Quiz matches are based on the information and preferences users provide. They are intended as a starting point for university research and do not constitute an offer or guarantee of:
- Admission or academic eligibility
- Course availability
- Scholarship or financial-aid eligibility
- Visa approval
- Athletic recruitment or funding
- Employment or post-study work eligibility
- A response from a university
- Any particular educational or professional outcome
You are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing current requirements directly with each university.
Information about how quiz data is collected and shared with matched universities is provided in our Privacy Policy.
5. Accounts, Communities, and Conduct
Some products, services, and communities require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials private, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Community participation is also governed by the rules posted within the applicable community.
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or impersonate another person
- Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or misleading content
- Share private student records or another person’s confidential information
- Collect member information for unsolicited marketing
- Upload spam, malware, or malicious code
- Share paid login credentials or restricted content
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, affiliation, or relationship with The UK Study Expert
- Use a community to provide unauthorized legal or immigration advice
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website or services
The UK Pro Circle supports general professional discussion and shared learning. It does not include individualized student-case review or immigration advice unless offered through a separate service.
We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, address nonpayment or security concerns, or comply with law.
6. Purchases, Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Prices, payment schedules, product inclusions, and access periods are displayed on the applicable sales page, checkout page, registration form, or service agreement.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information, pay the amount displayed, and use an authorized payment method.
Third-party payment providers process transactions. The UK Study Expert does not generally receive or store complete payment card numbers or payment-account credentials.
Refund and cancellation terms may vary by offering. When an offering includes separate refund, cancellation, deposit, transfer, access, or rescheduling terms, those terms control.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law:
- Digital products are nonrefundable after access or delivery has been provided
- Missing a live event does not automatically create a right to a refund
- Failure to use a product, membership, or service does not extend its access period
- Tour payments and cancellations are governed by the applicable tour agreement
- Admissions advising and professional services are governed by the applicable service agreement
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
7. Offer-Specific Terms
Certain programs, memberships, digital products, events, tours, admissions services, and university partnerships may include additional terms on the applicable sales page, checkout page, registration form, or separate agreement.
These terms may address eligibility, deliverables, access periods, payment plans, renewals, refunds, cancellations, deposits, travel responsibilities, attendance, recordings, confidentiality, rescheduling, and termination.
If offer-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the offer-specific terms control for that offering.
8. Memberships and Recurring Payments
Certain memberships and services, including UK Admissions Advantage and some digital marketing services, may renew automatically.
The applicable offer or checkout page will provide the recurring price, billing frequency, and renewal terms. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize The UK Study Expert and its payment providers to charge your payment method according to the disclosed billing schedule.
To cancel a recurring subscription, email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect when processed, stops future renewals, and may end access immediately. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid.
9. Digital Content and Intellectual Property
The website and its text, videos, guides, recordings, graphics, photographs, branding, courses, templates, presentations, quiz content, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to The UK Study Expert LLC unless otherwise stated.
Public website content may be used for personal, noncommercial informational purposes. Paid and restricted resources may be used only as permitted by the applicable offer or license.
College counselors may print, share, or adapt designated counselor resources for use with individual students, families, or presentations when the applicable resource permits that use.
Unless expressly authorized, you may not:
- Share login credentials
- Copy or distribute paid content or recordings
- Upload content to another platform
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit resources
- Remove ownership notices
- Record or redistribute live sessions
- Use protected content to create a competing product, directory, course, or service
No ownership rights are transferred to you through access or purchase.
10. Events, Tours, Photography, and Recording
Events and counselor tours may be subject to separate registration terms or agreements covering eligibility, payments, deposits, travel, insurance, conduct, cancellations, itinerary changes, health and safety, and other participation requirements.
Counselor tours are photographed and may be recorded for documentation, event recaps, website content, social media, and promotional materials. Tour participants agree to applicable photography, video, and publicity terms as part of their registration agreement.
Other events, training sessions, and community calls will not be recorded unless participants receive notice.
The UK Study Expert may make reasonable changes to an event or itinerary when circumstances require, subject to the applicable event or tour agreement.
11. SMS Messaging Terms
If you separately opt in, The UK Study Expert LLC may send transactional or marketing text messages related to quiz results, appointments, purchases, accounts, events, services, programs, university opportunities, or promotional offers.
Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP, call or text +1 917-540-5299, or email [email protected] for assistance.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Information about mobile information and SMS consent is available in our Privacy Policy.
12. User-Submitted Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to The UK Study Expert.
You give us permission to store, process, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, respond to you, operate a community, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations.
Testimonials, reviews, photographs, and other promotional content will be used according to the applicable consent or release. Private application documents and confidential student records will not be used for public marketing without appropriate permission.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to or integrate with universities, UCAS, government websites, payment providers, community platforms, social media services, event platforms, and other third parties.
The UK Study Expert does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that organization’s terms and policies.
14. Availability, Changes, and Termination
We may update, correct, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or services. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or unchanged.
We may suspend or terminate access because of nonpayment, account sharing, misuse, security concerns, unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, or another reason reasonably necessary to protect The UK Study Expert or its users.
Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.
The UK Study Expert is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, internet failures, third-party outages, or university closures.
15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, public resources, and general informational services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The UK Study Expert does not guarantee that information will always be complete or current, that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using a resource or service will produce a particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The UK Study Expert LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use of or inability to use the website
- Reliance on outdated or incomplete third-party information
- University, scholarship, visa, athletic, or employment decisions
- Third-party services or platform interruptions
- Unauthorized access outside our reasonable control
- Events or travel governed by a separate agreement
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, content you submit, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless another written agreement applies, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. This does not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, services, practices, or legal obligations. The Last Updated date will show when the Terms were most recently revised.
Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes affecting an active paid service.
18. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and any applicable offer-specific agreement form the agreement governing your use of the relevant website, product, or service.
